Drawly ("we", "us") is an AR drawing and tracing app published by Upmetrics. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it lives, and your rights. If you have questions, email support@drawly.app.
What we collect
- Account / sign-in data. Drawly works as a guest by default (an anonymous
account, no name or email required). If you choose to back up your collection by signing in with Google, we receive your Google email address and basic profile to identify your account.
- Photos you convert with AI. When you use the AI photo-to-line-art feature,
the photo you select is uploaded to generate your line art. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not sell them.
- Your drawings. Finished drawings you save are stored on your device;
if you sign in, associated metadata may be synced to your account.
- Purchase data. If you subscribe to Premium, the purchase is processed by
Google Play and RevenueCat. We never see your card or payment details.
- Analytics & diagnostics. Anonymized usage events and crash reports
(Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics) to improve the app. These contain no personally identifiable information.
Why we collect it
To provide the service (generate line art, save your collection), operate optional sign-in, process Premium subscriptions, and fix bugs / improve Drawly.
Who processes your data (vendors)
- Supabase (auth, database, storage) — US region.
- Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics) — Google, US.
- RevenueCat + Google Play Billing (subscriptions) — US.
- AI line-art provider (Kie / GPT-4o) — US; receives only the photo you
choose to convert, solely to return your line art.
We do not sell your data or share it with third-party advertisers.
Where it lives & how long we keep it
Data is stored with the vendors above (primarily US) while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your account data immediately; backups and logs clear within 30 days. Anonymized analytics are retained up to 14 months (Firebase default). Google retains purchase receipts as required by law.
Your rights

- You can delete your account and data anytime from Settings inside the app.
- EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents have rights to access, delete,
and object to processing; email support@drawly.app to exercise them.
Children
Drawly is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
